1. How is the Web Hosting service
charged? The fee of Web Hosting service
is charged on an annual basis and the billing date is
effective from the date of service activation.
2. Do I have to pay any setup fee? No.
3. What are the payment methods? Please click here

4. Can I upgrade from one Web Hosting plan to
another? Yes. You may
upgrade your web hosting plans from one to another. You will only need to pay
the amount difference between both packages when
upgrading. The expiry date for the additional space will follow back the
first registration expiry date within the year.

Can
I downgrade from one Web Hosting plan to another? We do not provide
any downgrade options before the existing subscription expire. However you can
choose to upgrade or downgrade when you renew your annual
subscription.
6. Can I terminate the contract at any time? Yes you can. We advise subscribers not to terminate the contract until
the end of contract duration because no refund will be made even you terminate
the service before the contract ends.
