1. Do you do website designing/software application development?

6. How long will the design take?
It really depends how complex the website/software would be. Both of us would agree on a due date and we would make sure that the website/software be completed before it is due. If we cannot complete it on time? It is then up to you to whether demand a full refund or give extension.

7. I am not satisfied with the design/software.
Luckily you will not come to this statement because in the process of development, we will show you parts of the unfinished design (prototypes) one by one. We will update the website/software as we walk through it with you. So, in the end, it is really you who made the website/software!
